Keith Allen is a Chapel Hill, North Carolina based barbecue master who has been cooking with hickory wood for over forty years. Keith is up every morning at 2 a.m and by 3 he has the fire going. When he isn’t splitting wood, pushing coals or turning meat, he’s making deserts from his grandmother’s recipes, getting delicious pulled-pork prepared for the eager lunch crowd, or working non-stop to create a warm, down-home experience that carries on the tradition of his father’s passion for the best barbecue around.
